Get new operators live fast and keep them hiring — you are the reason customers stay and expand.
You will own the moment a new operator goes from signed to hiring, then keep them successful across every location. Onboarding is a competitive advantage and it is yours to build.
What you’ll do
- Own onboarding so new operators are live and hiring quickly
- Build the playbooks, templates and tooling that make success repeatable
- Drive adoption, retention and expansion across accounts
- Be the voice of the customer back into product and engineering
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, onboarding or account management
- Experience with operational or frontline customers is a plus
- Calm, organized and great at proactive communication
- Comfortable owning outcomes with limited process
