Founding Software Engineer (Full-stack)

Own whole slices of the product end-to-end — from the applicant flow to the verification pipeline — as one of our first engineers.

You'll be one of the first engineers building verified hiring for the 70 million frontline workers the rest of HR tech forgot. Expect real ownership, tight feedback loops with customers, and code in production in week one.

What you’ll do

• Ship user-facing features across the apply-to-hire flow, front to back
• Design and build the services that orchestrate identity, background, drug and I-9 checks
• Make pragmatic architecture calls that keep us fast without cutting corners on trust
• Partner directly with design, product and early customers to close the loop quickly

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years building and shipping production web applications
• Comfortable across the stack — TypeScript/Node and a modern front-end framework
• A bias for shipping and a low tolerance for unnecessary process
• Care about the people on the other side of the screen
