Growth Marketer

Own demand end-to-end — find the channels that reach frontline operators and turn them into pipeline.

You will be our first dedicated growth hire, responsible for finding, testing and scaling the channels that bring frontline operators to Cleo.

What you’ll do

• Plan and run experiments across paid, content, lifecycle and SEO
• Own the funnel from first touch to qualified pipeline
• Build the reporting that tells us what is actually working
• Partner with sales to sharpen positioning and messaging

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in growth or demand-gen marketing, ideally B2B SaaS
• Equally comfortable with data and with creative
• A bias for running experiments and iterating fast
• Scrappy and happy owning things end-to-end
