Product Designer

Design flows that a first-time applicant on a phone and a busy operator on the floor both find effortless.

Our users are frontline applicants and the managers who hire them — often on a phone, often in a hurry. You will shape an experience that feels fast, clear and fair for both sides.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end design for core flows, from research to polished UI
• Design mobile-first experiences that work for first-time and multilingual applicants
• Build and maintain the design system alongside engineering
• Turn messy compliance requirements into simple, humane interfaces

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years designing and shipping digital products
• A portfolio that shows strong interaction and visual craft
• Comfortable working closely with engineers in a small team
• Empathy for non-technical, on-the-go users
